Welcome to FlipJoke, provided by Curio Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading or using our mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
All jokes, images, illustrations, audio, designs, and other content in FlipJoke are owned by Curio Labs LLC or licensed for our use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
The FlipJoke App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
FlipJoke is designed for entertainment and educational purposes, especially for children and families.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features within the App at any time.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App’s functionality
Upload or transmit harmful code or content
FlipJoke may allow optional sign-in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
We do not access or store personal information from your sign-in credentials.
Use of a sign-in service must comply with the provider’s own terms and policies.
FlipJoke is intended for children and families. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the App.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
FlipJoke uses certain third-party tools such as:
Supabase (for delivering content)
Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In (optional authentication)
Expo / React Native (app framework)
Use of the App constitutes agreement to any terms required by these third-party providers.
FlipJoke is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
That the App will always function without interruption
That content will always available
That the App will be error-free or secure
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curio Labs LLC is not responsible for:
Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App
Loss of data, device issues, or performance problems
Third-party actions or failures
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:
You violate these Terms
We discontinue or modify the App
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will end.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
